The team that I was with when I'm still a call center agent! Hey! I'm their Subject Matter Expert!


At times, we go out and forget our stress of how to meet company's expectations. Average handling time, hold time, call quality score, customer satisfaction are just few of what makes an agent a little stressful when on the red line.


In addition, daily travel exhausts our energy especially when you live far from the office. A disciplinary action will be served if you are late or absent due to illness.


Now, we want to build a community that are dedicated to provide great and quality service to help all our clients grow their business. People with integrity and passion to work with minimal supervision in the comfort of their homes.
